Christian Veteran Men SERIOUS PILLOW TALK For The Storms In Your Life
It’s ok to ask God questions and God is ok with our questions but are we ok with His answers? Because He’s going to give you an answer based on the Bible His word.
I’m Gregory L Henderson (Pappi) a Christian Combat Vietnam Veteran and here’s a story I would like to share with you.
Story: Jesus Calms the Storm
That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side.” 36 Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him. A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat, so that it was nearly swamped. 38 Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, “Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?”
He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.
He said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?”
They were terrified and asked each other, “Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!” Mark 4:35–41
Jesus gave a command: Let us go to the other side. He has given you a command, a plan, and a future, let us go to the other side (your destiny.)
What’s on the other side?
It’s a life of meaning and fulfillment where there is a plan and future God has for you. It’s a place where you can start winning the battles of stress, worry, fear, and uncertainty in your life. It’s a place where you can become a confident purposeful leader for your friends, family, and the world of people around you.
It’s a place where you can leave a mark on humanity of love, peace, and joy.
Storms come in all shapes and forms when you least suspect them.
1) Storms come even with Jesus in your boat.
2) You can get wet with Jesus in your boat. There’s a big difference in being soaked to the bone and being sunk and drowning in a sea of problems and issues.
3) They asked Jesus, “don’t you care we’re going to drown and perish!” Jesus love you no matter what!
4) Sometimes you have to worship when we’re wet. Give praise to God in the good times and the bad because He is our unfailing ROCK. Psalms 73:25–28 Asaph
5) Every storm has an agenda behind it. Every storm wants you to be in shock an awe of the storms power. Refuse to be in awe of what the storm the enemy throws at you. Refuse its apparent power because it’s all a lie.
6) There is only one who is awesome, only one who is powerful, there is on one Creator.
7) Strengthen your Faith daily in the season of storms. Faith is your beliefs and come from repetitive thoughts, and actions that create habits, habits then great beliefs, and beliefs create who you are and the faith you have in someone or something. Believe the word of God by listening to God’s voice through the Holy Spirit the Bible His word and nothing will be impossible.
8) Remember there were others who set out with Jesus and His disciples in boats of their own but after the storm they were never mentioned maybe they sunk because Jesus wasn’t in their boat and they gave up?

Faith Definition: complete trust or confidence in someone or something. Strengthen your FAITH believe God is in complete control of everything because He is! God’s Got This!!!
